CFM provides financial solutions for individuals, families, professionals and their clients.  Most of our clients are referrals from previous clients.  Many are referred from professionals such as Financial Planners, Life Insurance Professionals, Attorneys, CPA’s and Realtors.  We specialize in providing Professional Mortgage Planning which enables each person involved to achieve their goals. 

CFM’s true, long term relationship with the client begins with the closing.  When CFM handles every transaction in a manner that creates the highest degree of client satisfaction possible, we have earned their business, as well as all of their referrals.  CFM does this in three macro steps.

1. We analyze the client’s current financial situation (where they are now) and, through the interview process, establish their priorities regarding their financial wishes (where they want to be).  CFM then matches the client’s current financial situation & future financial wishes with a mortgage solution that is tailor-made to their goals (it gets them on the road to where they want to be) and best aligns with the client’s life style.

2. Once the client and CFM have agreed on the loan program, CFM expeditiously closes the transaction with the least amount of inconvenience; keeping the client informed of the loan progress every step of the way.

3. Once the loan closes, our job truly begins.  Through consistent application of our database & client retention contact program, CFM stays in touch with clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best help themselves overcome their financial challenges; adding true value to the relationship.  In the long term, CFM provides the client with a “one stop shop” for all current market trends & professional services referrals.
